"It challenges you both physically and psychologically, it has made me question myself as well as question what's around you in the training realm as well as in everyday life. It keeps you grounded and humble identifying the why behind the what."

Move better, move more.

Focusing on bodyweight exercises and movement patterns, he aims to get people’s bodies moving the way they are supposed to, in contrast to the often static and sedentary lifestyle habits many of us have.
“I want people to see the whole world as their playground and possess the physical ability to navigate that playground feeling strong, confident and able in their daily life. If the body is happy, the mind can only follow suit.”
