Animal Flow

Animal Flow, created by Mike Fitch, is a primal movement modality with emphasis on fluid continuous multi planar movement.

Encouraging increased mobility, greater flexibility, enhanced stability and movement control whilst staying coordinated with your class mates.


ZUU

ZUU is a primal movement modality designed to encourage mobility and strength.

Created by Nathan Helberg it has been used by professional sports teams, armed forces and police throughout the world. 

For people of all ages and of differing physical abilities, classes can be modified to suit. The emphasis here highlights the importance of human touch and team work.

Zuu Circuit

Battling ropes, kettlebells, slam balls, sleds etc integrated with ZUU. 


Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga style where poses are held for longer periods of time. The aim is to target the deep connective tissues of the body - the bones, joints, fascia and ligaments.

Slow Flow Yoga

Breathe, stretch and flow in a style slower and gentler than a regular vinyasa class. Develop strength, flexibility and balance and finish with a sense of calm.

Dynamic Flow Yoga

In this full body practice we focus on developing strength and mobility as we flow through yoga poses and movement patterns to help you live better off the mat. This class offers a challenge but can be accessed by all levels.


ZUU Boxing

ZUU - one of the worlds best movement modalities thrown in with boxing, what a combo!


Kinstretch

A movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, joint health and injury prevention which in turn will help with your physical longevity, body control and your usable ranges of motion.

Born out of scientific research all movements have been selected based on meticulous and rigorous investigation of evidence conducted by physical conditioning and medical experts.


 
Pilates

 

HIIT Pilates

We know Pilates is great for core strength, mobility and toning the whole body and HIIT for cardio conditioning and calorie burn, so combining the two may be the ultimate fitness combination!

This 45 minute class will be done on mats and may incorporate props such as 1.5kg dumbbells.

Mat Pilates

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that consists of precise moves and specific breathing techniques, aiming to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment, mobility and flexibility. Classes generally consist of a series of muscular strength and endurance exercises that can be modified to various intensity levels depending on your ability and goals.


Stick Mobility

Stick Mobility

Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination through exercises using the orange Stick Mobility custom-designed Training Sticks.


The system combines joint mobilisation, strength training, and active stretching which makes it fantastic for improving mobility for ease of everyday functional movements.
